Responsible AI
About Course
Responsible AI is a practical course designed to help learners understand how AI systems can be developed, used, and governed in a trustworthy, ethical, and accountable way. The course introduces the core principles of responsible AI, including trust, societal impact, fairness, transparency, explainability, accountability, and human oversight. Learners will explore how AI affects individuals, organizations, and society, while also examining the risks of bias, misuse, lack of transparency, and weak governance.
Through four structured modules, the course covers responsible AI principles, communication and explainability, governance and escalation processes, and how to embed ethics into everyday organizational practice. Real-world examples from healthcare, banking, hiring, insurance, and public services help learners connect theory to practice. By the end of the course, participants will be able to recognize ethical risks, understand stakeholder expectations, support trustworthy AI decision-making, and contribute to building AI systems that are fair, transparent, and aligned with human values.
